Error description

  • After you import a process application that was generated in
    IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) before V7.5.x, or if
    Advanced XML Settings in Process App Settings is manually set
    as empty, the inbound web service-generated WSDL might contain
    an empty namespace, which prevents the WSDL from passing the
    validation on the web service client side.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix is available for IBM BPM V8.5.0.1 that uses the default
    value for the inbound web service when Advanced XML Settings
    is empty or contains a null value.
    
    On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
    for JR52269:
    
      1.Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
    the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
    level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
      2.Select APAR or SPR, enter JR52269, and click Continue.
    
    When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
    the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
    additional installation instructions and information about the
    fix.
