Closed as program error.
Using the Performance Measurement Tool, the profiling reports cannot be generated and exceptions are thrown when the system doesn't have a user interface. When the first HTML report is created, the tool attempts to open it in a browser. If this operation fails, it prevents the generation of other reports such as the stack reports and caller reports.
Copy the trace logs of the system to profile on a machine with a user interface (such as a toolkit on windows) and generate the performance reports.
USERS AFFECTED: WebSphere Commerce v7.0 users of the Performance Measurement Tool PROBLEM ABSTRACT: PMT Profiling Generator doesn't work on systems without a user interface. BUSINESS IMPACT: Limits the use of the performance tuning tool. RECOMMENDATION:
Changes were made to ensure that attempts to open the generated HTML report in a browser don't cause the tool to fail.
