Error description

  • When you use the JMS connector that is stored in a system
    toolkit in IBM Business Process Manager V8.5.x, the JMS
    connector does not put the message into the target queue. You
    see the following message:
    
    javax.jms.JMSSecurityException: Failed to connect to any
    server at: <JMS Server Address>

    After you upgrade to IBM BPM 8.5.x, one of the configurations
    that is updated causes the JMS connector to use the IBM BPM
    user, instead of the one that is configured in the connection
    factory, to connect the JMS queue.
    

Problem conclusion

  • A fix is available for IBM BPM V8.5.0.1 that ensures that the
    JMS connector uses the user that is configured in the
    connection factory.
    
    On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
    for JR52255:
    
    1.Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
    the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
    level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
    2.Select APAR or SPR, enter JR52255, and click Continue.
    
    When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
    the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
    additional installation instructions and information about the
    fix.
