Error description

  • Inconsistent numbers of tasks completed today are reported in
the Team Performance dashboard. The number of completed tasks is
 different when you drill down on a user from the Roster List of
 the Team Performance dashboard. Drilling down takes you to a
page where the number of completed task is different than what
shows up in the Roster List for the user.

  • The query for the number of completed tasks on the team roster
filters on the wrong condition.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • A fix for IBM BPM V8.5.0.1 and V8.5.5.0 is available that fixes
the query to retrieve correct data set.

On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
for JR52201:

 1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
 2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR52201, and click Continue.
