Error description
When a user logs in, he or she might be removed from his or her group memberships if accessing the database fails.
Local fix
Problem summary
When a user logs in, the delta between new and already existing group memberships is calculated. When retrieving existing group memberships, the database access might fail. In such cases, all existing memberships in IBM BPM internal groups are removed instead of rolling back the update.
Problem conclusion
A fix is available for IBM BPM V7.5.1.2 that ensures that no group membership update is performed when the database access fails. On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search for JR52101: 1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack level, and your platform, and then click Continue. 2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR52101, and click Continue. When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for additional installation instructions and information about the fix.
