  • When you run the DBUpgrade command to migrate the IBM Business
    Process Manager (BPM) database user registry to the WebSphere
    Application Server default file registry, you might receive a
    user name conflict error because the user name in the
    WebSphere Application Server default file registry is case
    insensitive

Problem conclusion

  • A fix is available for IBM BPM V8.5.5.0 that ignores the user
    name case sensitivity.
    
    On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
    for JR52000:
    
    1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
    the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
    level, and your platform, and then click Continue
    2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR52000, and click Continue.
    
    When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
