JR51962: ARCHIVED BRANCH CAUSES ARTIFACT INDEXER TO THROW NULLPOINTEREXCEPTION

Error description

  • In IBM Process Center, when you archive a branch or archive all
    the snapshots in the branch, the artifact indexer throws a
    NullPointerException and crashes. You see a stack trace that is
    similar to the following stack trace:

    On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
    for JR51962:
    1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
    the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
    level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
    2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR51962, and click Continue.
