Error description

  • When you enable the option to collect Performance Monitoring
    Infrastructure (PMI) statistics under <BPM Server
    Name>Performance Modules > WBIStats.RootGroup > bpc > <BPC
    name>.Main >Process, the start time shown in the Performance
    Viewer for the <BPC name>.Main process becomes the same as the
    <BPC name> return time, which is lower than the real time.

    Multiple events are being processed under the BPEL process.
    When the new starting time for the child process is recorded,
    the main process time is replaced.
    

Problem conclusion

  • A fix is available for IBM Business Process Manager V8.5.5.0
    that corrects this PMI-value collector issue.
    
    On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
    for JR51806:
    
    1.Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
    the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
    level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
    2.Select APAR or SPR, enter JR51806, and click Continue.
    
    When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
    the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
    additional installation instructions and information about the
    fix.
