  Instance migration policy file fails to move token within a BPD
  if that BPD resides in a toolkit.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY
  We have a parent BPD and a linked child BPD. The linked BPD is
  in a toolkit. Customer has a token sitting on an activity in the
  linked BPD in toolkit in the source snapshot. But in the target
  snapshot linked BPD, there is a new activity. Customer is trying
  to move token to this new activity in the linked BPD in toolkit.
  Instance migration policy file was not searching for the
  activity in the linked BPD in toolkit.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available for IBM BPM V7.5.1.1 that lets you move a
  token within BPD that resides in a toolkit.
  
  On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
  for JR51282:
  1.Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from the
  product selector, the installed version to the fix pack level,
  and your platform, and then click Continue.
  2.Select APAR or SPR, enter JR49687, and click Continue.
  When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
  the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
  additional installation instructions and information about the
  fix.
