After an internal load by the Q Apply program, you might receive an -803 sqlcode when Q Apply deletes rows from the IBMQREP_SPILLEDROW table.
Local fix
Problem summary
Q Apply did not use separate statement handles for the same SQL text that it prepared, contrary to the DB2 recommendation. Q Apply should use separate handles to prepare two DELETE statements, even if they use the same SQL text.
Problem conclusion
Q Apply is fixed to follow the DB2 recommendation of one handle per statement.
