  • If you have the following properties in your BPMConfig input
    properties file, the deployment environment cannot be created:
    
    bpm.de.cluster.#.capability.#.component.#.name=BPC
    
    You can see the following error in the log files:
    
    com.ibm.websphere.management.exception.AdminException: Could
    not find a messaging engine for the destination at the target
    AppCLUSTER

Problem conclusion

  • A fix is available for IBM BPM V8.5.5.0 that solves the cause
    for the error and allows the deployment environment to be
    created successfully.
    
    On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
    for JR50983:
    
    1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
    the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
    level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
    2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR50983, and click Continue.
