Error description

  • In IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) Standard, when you
invoke a web service from an integration service and use input
header mappings for the SOAP header, the mapped SOAP header is
sometimes included in the generated SOAP request many times.
Furthermore, in some case the input parameters might be
    missing from the SOAP request.

    ****************************************************************
The web service invocation code is not threadsafe when it uses
input header mappings. In a multithreaded situation, adding
and removing headers is not properly synchronized, which leads
to the issues noted in the Error Descriptiozn.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix is available for IBM BPM V8.5.0.1 and V8.5.5 that makes
the SOAP header mapping-related functions threadsafe,
    preventing these issues from occurring.
