APAR status

Error description

• The Enterprise Content Management (ECM) integration service
  getDocument step returns an object of type ECMDocument. One of
  the properties in the ECMDocument is the contentURL, which you
  use to view the actual document content in IBM Process Portal.
  When the integration service is located in a toolkit and the ECM
  server is defined in a different toolkit or in the process
  application, the contentURL is not correctly generated. The
  snapshotId parameter value of this contentURL  is incorrect. As
  a result, when you try to open the URL, a "no content" message
  is displayed in the browser.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• When the URL is processed, the ECM server definition is not
  found and the document cannot be retrieved. This issue occurs
  because the ECM server was defined in a different toolkit or in
  the process application.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available for IBM BPM V8.5.0.1 that corrects the
  generation of the contentURL so that the snapshotId parameter is
  correctly generated.
  
  On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
  for JR50796:
  
  1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
    the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
    level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
  
  2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR50796, and click Continue.
  
  When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
  the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
  additional installation instructions and information about the
  fix.
