This problem occurs because the script Upgrade_7x can ¢â‚¬â„¢t
retrieve the correct database type for Sybase. You receive a
NullPointerException that is similar to the following
    NullPointerException:
    Java.lang.NullPointerException
    atcom.lombardisoftware.ant.LoadDataSourceInfoTask.execute(LoadD
    ataSourceInfoTask.java:162)
    at
    org.apache.tools.ant.UnknownElement.execute(UnknownElement.java:
    288)

Problem conclusion

  • A fix is available for IBM BPM V7.5.1.2 that prechecks whether
the database type is null so that you do not receive the
    NullPointerException.
