Error description

• The REST API Start Service (rest/bpm/wle/v1/service) runs with
  an old environment variable value even after the value is
  updated in the Process Admin Console.

Local fix

• The issue resolves if you shut down the server and then restart
  it.

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available for IBM BPM V8.0.1.0 that uses the updated
  default snapshot on IBM Process Server when the Rest API Start
  Service is called.
  
  On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
  for JR50411:
  
      1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition
  from the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
  level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
      2. Select APAR, enter JR50411, and click Continue.
  
  When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
  the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
  additional installation instructions and information about the
  fix.
