Error description

• You create a toolkit with a simple business process
  definition(TeamRetrievalProcess) and expose it to a set of users
  (using Team Retrieval Service) under the ?Expose performance
  metrics? setting.  This toolkit is added as dependency  to a
  simple process application (TeamProcess-PMR) . When you  open
  the process by using the toolkit TeamRetrievalProcess) you get
  a BrokenReferenceException.

Local fix

Problem summary

• Affects users modeling processes and teams with retrieval
  services in different toolkits. Team context depends on the
  immediate parent process. Team versioning context is not correct
  when using "reference from root" - depends on the immediate
  parent process. Current problem describes a broken reference
  when both, process and team definitions, are in dependent
  toolkit. When opened from the process app that contains toolkit,
  reference from root dependency is not correct.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available for IBM BPM 8.5.0.1 that corrects context
  used for the team reference from the process. On Fix Central
  (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search for JR50222:
  
      1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition
  from the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
  level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
      2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR50222, and click Continue.
  
  When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
  the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
  additional installation instructions and information about the
  fix.
