When you import relationship data, the Relationship Manager
should refresh the Relationship definition and instance data.
It will delete the old information in the database to make
sure that the new relationship definition and instance data
can be imported into the database. However the Relationship
Manager could not successfully delete the old information from
Process Server. As a result, you received the
RelationshipManager exception. This issue does not occur in
    Process Center.
