In IBM Process Portal, as you are working with a task, when a coach is loaded, there are multiple underlying operations that take place. IBM has determined that some of these operations can be optimized to improve their performance, so that coaches can load faster, improving your experience. Callback handlers for AJAX calls may be processed out of order, resulting in inefficiency and slower performance in the loading of a coach.
A fix is available for IBM BPM V188.8.131.52 and V184.108.40.206 that ensures that callback handlers for AJAX calls are not processed out of order. This fix reduces the amount of time it can take to load a coach. For V220.127.116.11, on Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search for JR50365 (this interim fix package includes the fix for this issue): 1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack level, and your platform, and then click Continue. 2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR50365, and click Continue. For V18.104.22.168, on Fix Central, search for JR50162: 1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack level, and your platform, and then click Continue. 2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR50162, and click Continue. When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for additional installation instructions and information about the fix.
