Local fix

  • Download and install the BPM help package.
    The steps for that task are
    1. In IBM Integration Designer, open the Resource perspective
    (click Window > Open Perspective > Other > Resource). Click OK.
    2. Then, in the main menu, click Help > Install New Software.
    3. In the Available Software window, click Add and specify the
    following location:
    http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/dmndhelp/downloads/v8r5m0/.
    4. Expand the results under this repository location, select the
    BPM documentation, and click Next. You are asked to confirm your
    selection.
    5. Select BPM documentation again and click Next.
    6. Accept the license terms, and click Finish. The documentation
    downloads into your local Integration Designer help system. The
    operation might take a few minutes to complete.
    7. Select Help > Help Content. Help displays in a browser.
    

Problem summary

  • Help system for V8.5.0 is configured to use the BPM help
    documentation set. Help topics failed to resolve after
    downloading IID documentation into a local installation.
