Error description

• Navigating to .../teamworks/login.jsp directly or indirectly
  causes
  Internet Explorer to throw the following error message:
  
  "Error loading locale specific text."

Problem summary

• The .../teamworks/login.jsp file calls a Dojo function to
  retrieve localizations of displayable text.  An extraneous
  trailing comma in each of the language-specific resource files
  that contain the localizations causes an exception that displays
   the error message. This issue occurs only in Internet Explorer,
   not with other browsers.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix for IBM BPM V8.5.0.0 is available that removes the
  extraneous commas from the resource files.
  
  On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
  for JR49660:
  
   1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
  the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
  level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
   2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR49660, and click Continue.
  
  When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
  the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
  additional installation instructions and information about the
  fix.
