Error description

  • In the Process Performance dashboard in IBM Process Portal, the
    Activity Overview chart width is compressed when there are tasks
    with very long names, making the data in the chart difficult to
    read.

Local fix

Problem summary

  • The width of the Activity Overview chart is reduced when the
    task names are long, which makes the chart difficult to read.
    

Problem conclusion

  • A fix is available for IBM BPM V8.0.1.0 that flows longer
    activity names onto multiple lines (on the y-axis of the chart),
     leaving more width for the chart and making the data easier to
    read.
    
    On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
    for JR49554:
    
     1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
    the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
    level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
     2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR49554, and click Continue.
    
    When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
    the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
    additional installation instructions and information about the
    fix.
