product versions to IBM Business Monitor V8.5.5 and you notice
that events are not routed successfully:

-IBM BPM Advanced V8.0.1.2
-IBM BPM Advanced V7.5.1.2
-WebSphere Process Server V7.0.0.5

Problem summary


    

  • IBM Business Monitor V8.5.5 added capability that required
changes to the way event routing works. As a result, the same
routing functionality needs to be added in releases of IBM BPM
and WebSphere Process Server prior to V8.5.5 so that IBM
Business Monitor V8.5.5 can monitor these earlier releases.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • A fix is available for IBM BPM Advanced V8.5.0.1, IBM BPM
Standard V8.5.0.1, IBM BPM Advanced V8.0.1.2, IBM BPM Advanced
V7.5.1.2, and WebSphere Process Server V7.0.0.5 that enables
events emitted from these versions to be routed to IBM Business
Monitor V8.5.5 for monitoring.

On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
for JR49490:
1. Select IBM Business Process Manager or WebSphere Process
Server from the product selector, the installed version to the
fix pack level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR49490, and click Continue.

When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
additional installation instructions and information about the
fix.
