APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• An update from IBM BPM 8.5 to 8.5.0.1 was performed. Since
  then, retrieving the document by document ID in test
  environment is going wrong with respect to the generated URL
  It generates
  /ProcessPortal/jsp/ecmDocument?operation=ajax_getDocumentContent
  instead of
  /portal/jsp/ecmDocument?operation=ajax_getDocumentContent
  

Local fix

• Adjust URL in custom code
  

Problem summary

• An update from IBM BPM 8.5 to 8.5.0.1 was performed. Since then,
  viewing the document content in a new tab or window in the
  Document Viewer is failing.
  
  The generated URL
  /ProcessPortal/jsp/ecmDocument?operation=ajax_getDocumentContent
  
  should be
  /portal/jsp/ecmDocument?operation=ajax_getDocumentContent
  

Problem conclusion

• The proper Portal prefix is used when generating the contentURL.
