    <install_root>/profiles/<profile_name>/temp/com.ibm.bpm.fds,
    which is a temporary resource directory, does not exist.

    The following exception is logged in the SysOut.log file:
    Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: CWPFD2062E: It was not
    possible to create the directory:

    This temporary resource directory should get created when the
    IBM BPM server starts. This issue might occur if the operating
    system does not create the com.ibm.bpm.fds resource directory.
    

Problem conclusion

  • A fix is available for IBM BPM V7.5.1.1 that checks if the
    temporary resource directory exists and, if not, creates it.
    
    On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
    for JR49393:
    1.Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition from
    the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
    level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
    2.Select APAR or SPR, enter JR49393, and click Continue.
    When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
    the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
    additional installation instructions and information about the
    fix.
