• Duplicate Execution of Event Manager Tasks with Oracle under
  high load.

  Beginning with BPM Version 8.0.1.1, Event Manaager queries were
  restructured. The new Oracle version of <loader-find-task-query>
  can under high load in a cluster topology lead to a situation
  where multiple Event Manager Instances load and executy the same
  Event Manager task.

  <loader-find-tasks-query> under high load in a cluster topology
  can lead to a situation where multiple Event Manager Instances
  load and execute the same Event Manager task.
  
  PROBLEM DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
  The problem is caused by subtle details of Oracle's processing
  of the <loader-find-tasks-query>.
  If the LSW_EM_TASK table contains thousands of records, the load
  on the system is high, and multiple Event Manager instances
  are running concurrently, it can happen that the same
  LSW_EM_TASK record is returned to more than one Event Manager
  instance.
  

Problem conclusion

• Modify the query so that Oracle returns only unique LSW_EM_TASK
  records to each Event Manager instance.
