Error description

• In Process Portal, selecting the View Instance action from the
  dropdown menu for a task in Work > My Tasks populates the
  Stream tab on the right pane with details about the
  activity on the process instance, such as when a task was
  created, claimed, or completed, and the comments that have
  been posted about the instance or the tasks that belong to it.
  
  For example:
  
  Step: Approve or reject job requisition has been assigned to
  GeneralManagers January 30, 2014 11:25 AM
  
  GeneralManagers started the Step: Approve or reject job
  requisition task.  January 30, 2014 11:41 AM
  
  When a task is claimed by or work is started by another user,
  the task claimed and task started entries (similar to those
  above) for that task should be updated to reflect the current
  user and the time at which the task was claimed or started.
  Instead, however, only the user is updated but not the
  timestamp.  Based on the above example, if a user named "Dave"
  claims the "Step: Approve or reject job requisition" task, the
  first entry in the above example would change to the
  following, the next time the Stream tab is viewed for the
  process instance:
  
  Step: Approve or reject job requisition has been assigned to
  Dave January 30, 2014 11:25 AM
  
  Note that the Stream tab is not intended to reflect a complete
  history of the activity for the process instance.

  The text in the Stream tab entries for task claimed and task
  started need to be revised to make it clear that the timestamp
  is for the original action (first time claimed or started), and
  who the current owner is (not necessarily the owner who
  claimed or started the task the first time).
  This issue will be addressed in future maintenance releases on
  the Business Process Manager Version 8.0.1 and Version 8.5.0
  streams.
