Error description

  • In IBM Process Portal, selecting View Audit History does not
    show you the historical data in a clustered environment.
    Instead, you see the message "Historical data is not available
    for this process. Please verify that the process is properly
    configured." even though Performance Data Warehouse is
    configured correctly and historical data is in the database.

Problem summary

  • This issue occurs because an error occurred when the data in the
    clustered environment was being deserialized.
    

Problem conclusion

  • A fix for IBM BPM V8.0.1.2 is available that adds a separate
    helper method to properly deserialize historical data for the
    View Audit History page in clustered environments.
    
    On Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral), search
    for JR49161:
    
    1. Select IBM Business Process Manager with your edition
    from the product selector, the installed version to the fix pack
    level, and your platform, and then click Continue.
    2. Select APAR or SPR, enter JR49161, and click Continue.
    
    When you download fix packages, ensure that you also download
    the readme file for each fix. Review each readme file for
    additional installation instructions and information about the
    fix.
