Error description

• Assertion during (advanced) human task workitem update with
  Oracle DB.

  During the update of work items (for example when assigning new
  users to a workbasket) and assertion violation like the follow-
  ing can occur:

Local fix

Problem summary

• User permission on workbaskets not working
  
  PROBLEM DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
  For Oracle, a SQL query returns one row too few.
  As a result, the processing of a WorkItemUpdateMessage might
  cause an AssertionException.
  

Problem conclusion

• The SQL generator has been fixed, so that also for Oracle, the
  specified maximum number of rows are now selected.
