APAR status

Error description

• When an update is performed in a Quick Publish workspace to a
  record that is in the production-ready schema but not yet in the
  production database, the task group approval indicates that it
  completes successfully but the data is not added to the
  Production database.  The STAGLOG table shows all records marked
  with STGPROCESSED=1

   Quick Publish completes successfully despite failing to publish
  data to Production
  
   BUSINESS IMPACT:
   Customers cannot use quick publish to create new offers on
  production environments as the results are not reliable if there
  are no errors thrown.

• Quick Publish has been updated so that it will fail when it
  tries to update data that does not exist in the Production
  database
