Error description
OLDEST_COMMIT_LSN value in IBMQREP_APPLYMON gets reset to zero if there is a period of no activity and Q CAPTURE has sent a Heartbeat message.
Local fix
Problem summary
If Q APPLY has no outstanding transactions to be applied, and receives a Heartbeat message from Q Capture, it may cause the OLDEST_COMMIT_LSN value in IBMQREP_APPLYMON to be reported incorrectly as zero for that monitoring interval. This behavior is not as per product specifications.
Problem conclusion
Q APPLY has been fixed to prevent resetting OLDEST_COMMIT_LSN to zero while handling Heartbeat messages and will report the commit LSN of the last applied transaction instead. PMR Number: 54925,010,678
