Error description

• During a work basket update, the following exception occurs:
  com.ibm.db2.jcc.am.SqlTransactionRollbackException: DB2 SQL
  Error: SQLCODE=-911, SQLSTATE=40001, SQLERRMC=68, DRIVER=3.61.65

Problem summary

• For better query performance, changed work items need to be
  transformed into shared work item patterns.  During this, a
  database row is inserted within a global transaction, and while
  this transaction is suspended, this row is selected within a
  local transaction. Due to the chosen isolation level, a
  LOCK_WAIT occurs.
  

Problem conclusion

• A new select statement has been added to the code: the row is
  now selected with uncommitted-read.  In the special situation
  (see above), this new statement is used.

  Fix is also targetted for inclusion in next fixpack for
  BPM V7.5.1, BPM V8.0.1
