Error description

• Business Process Manager does not generate
  ACTIVITY_RESOURCE_ASSIGNED events for consumption by Business
  Monitor when a task is reassigned to a user or group.
  For example,
  When using the transfer api an Activity_Resource_Assigned or
  Activity_Active Event is not generated.
  Code using:
  
  selectedTask.reassignTo(newOwner);
  where selectedTask is of type TWTask
  where newOwner is of type TWUser

  Logic did not exist to notify a running business process
  definition of a task reassignment so that an associated event
  would be emitted.
  

Problem conclusion

• Logic was added to notify a running business process
  definition of a task reassignment.  As a result, an
  ACTIVITY_RESOURCE_ASSIGNED event is now emitted in relation to
  a task reassignment.
  
  An interim fix for IBM Business Process Manager version
  8.0.1.1 is available from Fix Central.
