Error description

  • The TWDate.getTime() and the TWDate,getUTCTime() are documented
in the 8500 Information Center to return in milliseconds.
However, the two APIs are designed to return in seconds.
The 8500 Information Center needs to be updated to reflect the
correct return type for these APIs.
