Problem summary

  • If a Heritage Coach has text field which has data binding and
    auto-complete service, when coach sends a boundary event, data
    from the text field will be lost, or incorrect error message
    regarding the input value may be displayed.
    
    USER AFFECTED:
    Business Process Manager Advanced, Standard and Express Heritage
    Coach user.
    
    PROBLEM DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
    With the auto-complete, i.e. Ajax service on the Text field
    scenario, an error in the code caused the text field to be
    treated as formatted, which leads to some unnecessary validation
    path.  This resulted in the error symptoms described above in
    summary.
    
    FIX AVAILABILITY:
    Fix planned to be delivered with next cumulative maintenance
    deliverables for 8.0.1 and 8.5.0.
