APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Runtime and tooling share the same code for comparing two BPEL
  processes.  In the runtime, the comparison step is necessary to
  determining if there are differences between the existing and
  new BPELprocess version, relevant for instance migration.  The
  comparison code failed during the merge preparation phase which
  is required once changes are identified and before the new model
   is updated.

Problem summary

• The BPEL deployment step fails due to an error in the comparison
  between the new and existing BPEL process.
  

Problem conclusion

• The APAR disabled the code to prepare for merging.  This changed
   was only applied to the runtime environment where  process
  merging is not required. The APAR for runtime is JR47718. This
  APAR for 7.5.1.1 will be avaiable on IBM Fix Central for
  download.
