JR47606: SRD fails to retrieve projects when the engine using non-default port

Error description

• User can log into SRD and see the engine.  When he expands the
  engine to
   see projects the message: Failed to connect to host ... as user
  "dsadm".  The host name is not valid, or the host is not
  responding."

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  If DS engine is using a non-default port (ie not 31538), user
  can log into SRD and see the engine.  However when he expands
  the engine to see projects, gets the message: "Failed to connect
  to host ... as user "dsadm".  The host name is not valid, or
  the host is not responding."

  RECOMMENDATION:
  Apply JR47606 patch.
  ****************************************************************
  

Problem conclusion

• Defect fixed, changed code to get the DS rpc port from ISF
