Error description

• In Process Portal, if the system locale is set to a locale
  other than "US", on the Turnover Rate diagram the label
  displayed on the Time axis for each tick mark is "12:NaN".

  *                      the label displayed on the Time axis    *

  The problem occurs because for a non-US locale, the regional
  timestamp string cannot be initialized in javascript via the
  normal implementation.  This will result in a null object being
  passed within the code.  Dojo will try to parse this object
  and returns "12:NaN" as a result.
  

Problem conclusion

• Parsing and processing all timestamps (to be rendered as the
  Time axis labels) using the server time, which is based on
  UTC, instead of the regional timestamp string, resolves the
  issue.
  
  An interim fix for Business Process Manager Version 8.5.0.0
  has been published to Fix Central.  Please refer to the
  separate file that is automatically downloaded with the
  interim fix for prerequisite information and
  installation/uninstallation instructions.
