Error description

• Event subprocess with 'Message' start event and no attached UCA
  starts and navigates to the next activity. Moreover, if
  'Repeatable' is selected the instance runs into an endless loop.

  Moreover, if 'Repeatable' is selected the instance runs into an
  endless loop.
  
  Problem Summary:
  Wrong behavior implemented for an 'Event Subprocess' activity
  with 'Message' start event and no attached UCA.
  It is not intended that the event subprocess immediately
  navigates to the next activity in this scenario.
  In combination with 'Repeatable' property selected an endless
  loop is triggered which causes high resource consumption and the
  server seems to hang.
  A side-effect of this scenario with 'Repeatable' selected is
  that Process Designer will not switch to Inspector view when
  using the Playback function.
  

Problem conclusion

• An 'Event Subprocess' with 'Message' start event and no attached
  UCA waits at start activity and causes no longer an endless
  loop.
