  • The customer install JR46395 but received a "Failed to
    initialize registry" when trying to start the PD, and is unable
    to use the PD.
    

Local fix

  • Removing JR46249 or applying the republished version.

Problem conclusion

  • The correct fix was packaged under this APAR. Installing this
    fix will override JR46395 and the Process Designer will start
    as expected.

    on FixCentral. When the user goes to the download files page
    in FixCentral, the readme will be available with the fix
    package as a separate download.
