Error description
Operation Console and DSODB database option to be installed only available when Quality Stage and Datastage are chosen during installation.
Local fix
For QualityStage, the workaround is that during IS 9.1 installation one can choose DataStage and Quality Stage to be installed and after installation the LicensingServiceAdmin script can be used to deactivate DataStage, i.e.: $ ./LicensingServiceAdmin.sh -admin -sf QS For Information Analyzer, there is no current work around to allow installation of the Operations Console on a system without DataStage or QualityStage installed.
Problem summary
Due to the complexity of the issue and the risk of trying to resolve, this will be fixed at a later major release. See Local Fix for details of workaround.
