APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Extended group search concept in saved searches to exploit
negative group identifiers in task assignments.

Local fix

  • N/A

Problem summary

  • The Process Portal inbox shows a user his/her claimed tasks
and tasks of his/her groups which have not yet been claimed.
This follows the idea of showing to a user all tasks he/she is
currently working on or which could be started. It was so far
not possible to see tasks which have been claimed by other
users that are members of the user's groups.

Problem conclusion

  • Introduced a configuration switch (default off = old behavior)
which allows to modify the visibility of tasks in the
Process Portal inbox so that also those tasks are shown which
have been claimed by other users that are members of the
    user's groups.
