Error description

• Token operations fail if token is not in active state. Orphaned
  tokens cannot be moved even with orphaned token policies. This
  may cause issues with migrated process instances.

  When attempting to migrate process instances the following
  error may be seen :
  RuntimeServic E   CWLLG0531E: An exception occurred during
  migration. Log the error and move on to next instance.

  The error is caused when process instances are in Failed or
  Suspended state.  Token manipulation (move/delete) will not
  take effect.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code changes have been made to allow token operations when
  process instances are in failed or suspended state. An interim
  fix is available on v8.0.1.0.  This fix will be available in
  the next fix pack release.
