Local fix
Problem summary
Replication did not recognize the system catalog on db2 iSeries, and tried to access the catalog in the wrong schema SYSIBM.
Problem conclusion
Add support in replication so that it will access system catalog in the correct schema QSYS2 for db2 iSeries.
