IS ODBC component was also uninstalled which in turn removed IBM DB2 ODBC Driver registry key even when it was not installed by IS.
Client uninstaller removes the data source for DB2 ODBC even though it was registered by a user manually.
As a workaround the customer should create back up of below registry keys: HKLM\SOFTWARE\ODBC\ODBCINST.INI\IBM DB2 ODBC DRIVER HKLM\SOFTWARE\ODBC\ODBCINST.INI\IBM DB2 ODBC DRIVER - DB2COPY1 and restore them once client uninstall is completed.
