Error description
When saved search results are displayed in Process Portal, the sort order could be displayed incorrectly. This issue might be more likely to be observed when the saved search result set is large, but the issue is not always tied to the result set size. If the generated SQL statement for the saved search is reviewed in a trace and then executed outside the context of the Process Portal interface, the sort order will be correct. The issue is related to how the Process Portal interface handles sorting.

Problem conclusion
Modified code to comment out the call to sortByCollator. Data comes sorted from the database and do not need to perform an additional sorting. Fix is available on FixCentral. Install/Dependency information is available in the readme.txt on FixCentral. When the user goes to the download files page in FixCentral, the readme will be available with the fix package as a separate download.
