Error description

  • When customized HTTP and HTTPS ports are defined ( instead of
    default 80 and 443 ) in wc-server.xml, then wcf:url doesn't
    construct full URL based on the HTTPS flag set in struts. It
    constructs URL based on the page context protocol.
