    ****************************************************************
Scenario #1: The UAD is changed so that the membership is
updated. The user logs off and logs back into Portal. The
    membership is updated as expected.
    Problem: NONE
Scenario #2: The UAD is changed for the user so that the
membership is updated. The user does not log off from the
portal and can see that membership is updated. However, if the
user clicks the Work tab in the Portal, the membership does
    not appear to be updated.
Problem: If the user goes directly to the Work
tab, it does not look like membership is updated. However, if
the user happens to click elsewhere in the portal and then
returns to the Work tab, only then does membership
    appear updated.
To reproduce this problem, follow the steps:
    1. Click on the Dashboard.
    2. Click My Performance.
    3. Click the Work tab. Membership is updated.
Scenario #3: The UAD is changed for the user so that they do
not have membership. The user does not log off from the Portal.
Problem: The user can view their membership, which is NOT
expected. The user should no longer see membership because
the attribute was changed to something else.
To reproduce this problem, follow the steps:
    1. Click the Work tab. The membership is as expected and is not
updated. However, the user can still view their membership.
    2. Click on the Dashboard.
    3. Click My Performance and then return to the Work tab.

    on-uadchange>
