Error description
NecessityException in DatetimeDataNetworkConverter does not contain any information about table or column where the problem happens. Customer cannot recover out of this situation as it does not know which object is at fault.
Local fix
Problem summary
When CDC encounters a NecessityException in DatetimeDataNetworkConverter component, there is no indication on what table or column is affected. The fix for this issue is to enhance the error message so that table name and column name are present in the message which simplifies troubleshoting of the issue or allows for a workaround.
Problem conclusion
This issue is fixed by applying the following Interim Fixes depending on the database flavor: - ISCDC 6.5.2 Interim Fix 22 for Oracle Redo, or - ISCDC 6.5.0 Interim Fix 42 for Oracle Redo.
