APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When source table have multiple columns with different encoding
    override(manual mbcs), the encoding override of the last column
    is applied to all columns that have set encoding override.
    

Local fix

  • N/A
    

Problem summary

  • When source table have multiple columns with different encoding
    override, CDC will mistakenly applied the encoding of the last
    column to all overriden columns.
    

Problem conclusion

  • This issue is fixed by applying the following Interim Fix
    depending on your database flavor:
    - ISCDC 6.5.2 Interim Fix 12 for DB2 LUW, or
    - ISCDC 6.5.2 Interim Fix 22 for Oracle Redo, or
    - ISCDC 6.5.1 Interim Fix 6 for DataStage, or
    - ISCDC 6.5.0 Interim Fix 9 for DataStage.
