Local fix
Problem summary
Oracle Enterprise stage was checking the indexes of a table prior to doing a bulk load, before the user-defined create table statement in the stage was executed. This was resulting in warning messages because of missing indexes.
Problem conclusion
To fix this error, the code was adjusted so that indexes are checked only after the create table statement is executed.
